The symbol of Universal Martial Arts Association
is Chung San Do Kwan. Chung san means Blue mountain
which is,the mountain covered by blue sky.
Do kwan means place that cultivate visible and invisible bio and cosmic energy which is Ki.
in addition, Chung San brings us clear feeling
and rising emotion like an eagle flying upon high sky.likewise, we cultivate energy through Hapkido
to raise spirit for the mastering of our life.
In order to make it happen, There are three principles metaphysically and physically.
First;empty of mind
second;engage with pre and post natal breathing
third;relax mind and body
there are also three elements of the movement of hapkido such as circular motion,natural flow without
tense like flowing water,right timing
